The main objective of the charity is to provide free, professional quality therapeutic counselling to people living or working in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We also support the training and development of trainee and newly qualified counsellors and psychotherapists by providing additional training. The Centre promotes study and research in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
We are a registered charity and are currently funded by:
The GP Clinical Commissioning Group for Hammersmith and Fulham – to provide counselling for clients referred from the “Improving Access to Psychological Therapies” Back on Track service.
Charitable Donations – to provide services for which there is an urgent need but for which there is no other funding. For example, so that we can continue to provide all of our five unique free Counselling Groups and establish new Groups.
We welcome donations from individuals as well as from charitable trusts to support our Counselling Groups and help us improve the Centre’s facilities for the benefit of the community.
